The Beacon

The Beacon is a residential skyscraper in downtown Cleveland with 29 floors and a total of 187 housing units. Located at 515 Euclid Avenue, the building rises approximately 350 feet (107 meters) and features eight parking levels at its base.

The building was completed in November 2019 and became the first residential high-rise constructed in Cleveland's central business district since 1974. This project, backed by a 95 million dollar investment, marked an important turning point in the city's development.

The building sits within Cleveland's entertainment district, creating a direct link between its residents and the city's cultural offerings. Its location near theaters and sports venues makes it a central hub for those wanting to engage with urban life.

The building offers residents a rooftop sky lounge on the 29th floor, a fitness center, and apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide views of Lake Erie. The central location makes it easy to reach the entertainment district and the city's main attractions.

The building's exterior features colored metal panels that change appearance throughout the day as they reflect sunlight from different angles. This dynamic visual effect creates a constantly shifting appearance that looks different depending on the time of day and weather conditions.
