The Rose Building is a ten-story, 165-foot (50 m) office high-rise at the corner of Prospect Avenue and East 9th Street in Downtown Cleveland. Its superstructure follows the street grid, with wrought iron detailing on the lower floors and heavily decorated panels on the upper floors. It was the largest office building in Ohio when completed in 1902.

The Rose Building was completed in 1902 at Prospect Avenue and East 9th Street, and was the largest office building in Ohio at the time. It is named after Cleveland businessman and charity founder Benjamin Rose. In 1902 it was considered too far from the central business district and was expected to fail to attract tenants. Medical Mutual of Ohio occupied the building from 1947 to 2023.

The building carries the name of Cleveland businessman and charity founder Benjamin Rose. From 1947 to 2023 it served as the home of Medical Mutual of Ohio, the Cleveland-based health insurance group, so generations of local policyholders passed through its doors on Prospect Avenue.

The Rose Building stands at the corner of Prospect Avenue and East 9th Street, in the Historic Gateway District of downtown Cleveland, near the Nine-Twelve District. Its facades run parallel to both streets, so the building is easy to locate on foot from either direction. The lower floors carry wrought iron detailing and the upper floors decorated panels, visible from street level.

In 1902 the Rose Building stood so far east of Cleveland's business core that observers predicted it would never find tenants. It was nonetheless the largest office building in Ohio when completed. Its superstructure follows the street grid, so the facade runs parallel to Prospect Avenue and appears to recede along the block.
