The Chesterfield Building, High-rise residential structure in downtown Cleveland, United States.

The Chesterfield Building rises 200 feet into the Cleveland skyline with 20 floors, featuring distinctive outward-opening windows across its modernist facade.

Charles Luckman, renowned for designing Madison Square Garden and the Aon Center, completed this residential complex in 1967 during Cleveland's urban development phase.

The structure contains 407 residential units, reflecting the mid-century architectural movement that transformed American cities through vertical housing solutions.

Located at 1801 East 12th Street in Cleveland, the building includes a rooftop swimming pool and underwent extensive renovations to meet modern residential standards.

The building received attention in 2011 when inspectors documented 78 code violations, leading to major renovations and rebranding as The Sphere.
