Die Arche, Satirical theater company in Erfurt, Germany
Die Arche performs in the Waidspeicher building at Domplatz 18, featuring a theater hall with leather seats for 120 spectators and a bar service.
Founded in 1979, Die Arche established itself as Thüringer Satiretheater und Kabarett DIE ARCHE e.V in the mid-1990s, continuing its theatrical traditions.
The theater presents 280 performances annually, maintaining a repertoire of 10 productions that combine satirical content with musical accompaniment.
Tickets range from 21 to 29 euros, available at the box office Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00.
Die Arche allows patrons to sponsor individual chairs in the theater, receiving recognition through the Stuhlpate program with their names displayed.
