The Konzerthalle im Steinfurter Bagno stands as a rectangular structure with a hipped roof, measuring 28.60 meters in length and 9.70 meters in width.
Count Karl Paul Ernst von Bentheim-Steinfurt commissioned this concert hall in 1774, making it one of the oldest independent concert venues in Europe.
The concert hall features decorative elements from the Louis XVI period, including mirrored walls, ornate stucco work, and ceiling reflectors.
The venue accommodates 250 guests and includes twelve windows that open to integrate the surrounding park environment during performances.
The hall maintains a court chapel tradition established by Count Karl, who directed 35 musicians and singers during the late 18th century.
