The Palacete Moreno Benítez stands at number 64 Paseo de la Castellana, featuring five floors and light-colored tones across its classical facade.

Built in 1904 by architect Joaquín Saldaña y López, this residence belonged to financier Juan Moreno Benítez before becoming state property in 1982.

The palace represents one of the twelve remaining palatial buildings along Castellana avenue, which originally housed about fifty such structures.

The building underwent renovation in 2017 and currently serves as the headquarters of Bergé y Cía, with a total constructed area of 1341 square meters.

The property maintains its original guard booth and exterior fence, while being surrounded by modern high-rise buildings in central Madrid.
