Playa Nort de Gandía

Playa Nord de Gandía is a three-kilometer urban beach with golden sand roughly 80 meters wide that faces the Mediterranean Sea. The shoreline has a gentle slope making it accessible for different skill levels and ages.

The beach remained largely undeveloped until the 1950s when a major hotel was built near a historic Moorish fortification. This construction marked the beginning of the area's growth as a seaside resort.

The Paseo Marítimo Neptuno promenade serves as a gathering space where locals and visitors participate in morning fitness activities, live performances, and outdoor film screenings throughout the warmer months. This creates a lively community space where different generations spend their leisure time.

The beach has showers, restrooms, wheelchair-accessible pathways, lifeguard stations, first aid services, and equipment rental options available. Everything you need is easily accessible throughout the day.

Three dedicated activity centers along the shore provide organized programs and workshops designed specifically for children. This allows parents to enjoy their beach time while children remain engaged in supervised play.
