Knightmare, Steel roller coaster in Camelot Theme Park, Chorley, England.

The Zierer-manufactured roller coaster stretched 2601 feet in length and reached heights of 87 feet with a maximum speed of 50 miles per hour.

The ride operated from 2007 to 2012 at Camelot Theme Park, after being relocated from Kobe Portopialand in Japan where it ran from 1987 to 2006.

The roller coaster design incorporated medieval themes to match Camelot Theme Park's overall concept within the Land of the Brave section.

Five separate trains, each containing seven cars, allowed the coaster to accommodate 1500 passengers every hour with individual safety lap bars.

The track featured a section called the psycho drop, where riders experienced forces of 5G, making it among the most intense rides in Britain.
