Monte Frontè is a mountain summit in the Ligurian Alps reaching about 2,150 meters (7,050 feet). The peak forms a natural watershed between three river valleys that flow in different directions from its slopes.
The mountain was originally known by the name Frontero in earlier times. A white Madonna statue was placed at Colle del Garezzo in 1955, establishing an important landmark for the surrounding area.
