Located on the first floor of the Hitachi Civic Center, the library operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with extended hours until 7:00 PM on Wednesdays.

The mobile library service, known as Takasuzugo, brings books directly to various neighborhoods, ensuring literature access for all community members.
