Kobe International Exhibition Hall, Exhibition hall in Minatojima Nakamachi, Japan
The Kobe International Exhibition Hall is an exhibition facility in Minatojima Nakamachi with three separate halls totaling around 13,600 square meters (146,400 sq ft) spread across multiple floors. The space can be configured for different types of events and exhibitions, with flexible layouts for trade shows and conventions.
The facility opened in 1981 as part of the Kobe Convention Complex development, expanding the regional business infrastructure. This opening helped establish the area as an important hub for business and trade in the region.
The halls host international trade shows, technology exhibitions, and business conferences that connect Japanese industries with global markets.
Hall Two features about 1,500 movable seats and can be transformed into a tiered format accommodating up to 4,000 people for large events. Hall Three includes specialized cargo handling areas and dedicated loading zones for efficient transport of exhibition materials.
The halls can transform quickly between different event formats thanks to movable elements and well-designed infrastructure. This flexibility allows organizers to run multiple simultaneous trade shows or conferences with different requirements in the same facility.
