The park extends across a large area next to Tokyo Bay, featuring diverse sports facilities, walking paths, and dedicated recreational zones.
The park emerged on reclaimed land and officially opened its gates on June 1, 1993, as part of Tokyo's waterfront development initiative.
The park maintains eight traditional Japanese recreational activities, including ground golf and garden golf, connecting generations through shared experiences.
Visitors can access the park through Tatsumi Station on the Yurakucho Line, followed by a 27-minute walk to the entrance.
The park contains five different types of golf experiences, including miniature golf and disc golf, alongside a dedicated dog run area.
