The Hida Takayama Big Arena includes a main arena of 50 by 44 meters and a sub-arena of 35 by 24 meters with multiple sports facilities.
The facility opened in April 2000 and has since hosted numerous national sports competitions and regional tournaments throughout its operation.
The arena regularly hosts matches of the Hida Takayama Black Bulls Gifu basketball team, contributing to the local sports development.
The venue operates from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM and features 210 parking spaces, located approximately 10 minutes by car from JR Takayama Station.
The complex contains specialized areas including a martial arts dojo, archery range, training room, and children's gymnasium under one roof.
