Kitami Fureai Hiroba

Located near the Nogawa River, this 38,824 square meter park features open grassy areas, a pond, fitness equipment, and children's play structures.

The park emerged in March 1997 through innovative urban planning, being constructed directly above the operational Odakyu Railway maintenance facility.

The park functions as a central meeting point where residents participate in local festivals and community gatherings throughout the seasonal calendar.

Access to the elevated park structure is available through stairs and ramps on the north, west, and east sides, with facilities including public restrooms.

From its position 10 meters above ground, visitors can observe trains on Odakyu Odawara Line, Mount Fuji, and birds along Nogawa River.
