Historical remains of the Sendai clan's fort in Shiraoi

The Sendai Clan Shiraoi Manor House Museum opens from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with adult admission at 300 yen and student tickets at 150 yen.

This fort represents the largest military installation constructed in Hokkaido during the final years of Japan's isolation policy.
