Villa Coppedè

Villa Coppedè is a three-story residence in Genoa's Castelletto district with elaborately decorated stone facades and fine ornamental details. The building offers a panoramic terrace overlooking the harbor and old city, while the grounds below include various outdoor features and facilities.

The building was completed in 1902 and was one of architect Gino Coppedè's early projects before he went on to notable commissions in Rome. The villa marks an important moment in the development of contemporary design in Genoa during the early twentieth century.

The architect blended historical style elements from the Renaissance and Baroque periods with newer design approaches, creating a distinctive work of the early 1900s.
