文京ガーデン, Mixed-use complex in Koishikawa, Japan.
Bunkyo Garden is a large mixed-use complex in Koishikawa consisting of multiple high-rise buildings arranged in north, south, and west sections connected by elevated covered walkways. The development brings together shops, medical facilities, training centers, offices, and apartments in one location.
The development began as an urban renewal project with the west section completed in September 2018, followed by the north and south sections in 2021. This phased approach gradually transformed the site into a modern mixed-use complex.
The Green Valley area serves as a gathering place where residents and visitors meet throughout the seasons, with community events taking place regularly. This open space creates opportunities for connection and social exchange within the complex.
The complex connects directly to Kasuga subway station, making arrival and departure straightforward. The covered walkways allow exploration of different areas even during rain, and there is ample outdoor space for resting.
The tallest tower at the site, Parkhouse Bunkyo Koishikawa Tower, rises 40 stories and is visible from multiple vantage points around the neighborhood. Its mix of shops and residences makes it a distinctive landmark in the district.
