Nemunoki-no-niwa Garden, Urban park in Higashi-Gotanda, Japan.
Nemunoki-no-niwa Garden contains various walking paths through landscaped areas filled with seasonal flowers, trees, and dedicated seating arrangements for visitors.
The municipal garden opened in August 2004 on the former grounds of the Shoda residence, transforming a private property into a public recreational space.
The garden features the Princess Michiko rose varietal, which produces spectacular blooms in spring and holds special significance for local residents.
Located at 5-19-5 Higashigotanda in Shinagawa district, the garden provides restrooms, information signs, and multiple access points for visitors throughout the day.
The garden's name derives from the Nemunoki tree, also known as the silk tree, which changes its leaf position during day and night cycles.
