78 Święty Marcin Street is a six-story building constructed in 1949-1950 with a dual-winged layout facing two streets in the Old Town. Its ground floor holds a bank branch, while the first floor houses an interactive center dedicated to the Enigma cipher, opened in 2021.

The structure was built in 1949-1950 to replace a previous site where cryptographers worked on breaking the Enigma code. It later served as a party headquarters before becoming a university facility for over 20 years.
