Дом Колычёвых, Manor house in Presnensky District, Russia
The Kolychev House stands as a three-story structure with side wings connected by an arch, featuring a Corinthian portico and decorative stucco molding.
From 1710 to 1809, the manor belonged to the noble Kolychev family, with military commissioner Fyodor Grigoryevich Kolychev residing there in 1756.
The building housed the Synodal School of Church Singing from 1856, which transformed into an eight-grade educational institution by 1886.
The Moscow Conservatory named after Tchaikovsky occupies the building since 1963, utilizing its concert hall with acoustics comparable to the Kremlin Cathedral.
The manor contains a memorial complex created by Baron Mikhail Bode-Kolychev in the 1850s to honor his family's history.
