Дом Колычёвых

This manor is a three-story classical building with side wings connected by an arched passage and features a Corinthian portico with ornate stucco decoration. The structure demonstrates typical features of Russian noble residential architecture with carefully executed facade details.

The estate belonged to the noble Kolychev family beginning in 1710, taking its name from military commissioner Fyodor Grigoryevich Kolychev who lived there in 1756. Following changes in ownership over the next centuries, it eventually became a significant cultural institution.

Today it functions as a music conservatory, hosting regular concerts and performances that shape the cultural life of the district. Musicians and students move through its spaces daily, creating an artistic environment that has defined the building's purpose for decades.
