Museum of History of Communication Development

The museum contains 500 exhibits showing the progression of communication technology through telegraphy, telephony, and broadcasting equipment from different periods.

Opening in 2009, the museum occupies part of a fortress building and features an American field telephone from 1942 among its World War II collection.

The institution maintains educational programs for schools and researchers, documenting the evolution of regional communication systems since their 1885 introduction.

Early telephone operations required specifically tall female employees who could manually reach the telephone connectors with wires to establish connections.
