Holy Trinity Church, Balakovo

Holy Trinity Church is an Orthodox place of worship in Balakovo featuring a distinctive tent-shaped roof and white stone exterior walls. The structure displays Russian Revival details with ornate decorative patterns across its facade and entrance areas.

Construction took place between 1910 and 1912 under architect Fyodor Shekhtel, commissioned by the wealthy Maltsev merchant family. During Soviet times the building served different purposes until returning to religious function in 1989.
