Brookside Gardens, Botanical garden in Wheaton Regional Park, Maryland, US.
The 50-acre garden features distinct sections including an Aquatic Garden, Azalea Garden, Butterfly Garden, Children's Garden, Rose Garden, and Japanese Style Garden.
Montgomery County Parks established this horticultural center in 1965, with an official public opening ceremony taking place on July 13, 1969.
The gardens maintain educational programs throughout the year, connecting visitors with living plant collections and teaching the principles of horticulture.
The gardens remain open daily from sunrise to sunset without admission fees, while the visitor center operates from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Two conservatories within the gardens present year-round plant displays, maintaining collections from different climate zones under controlled conditions.
