Constructed in 1922, the building initially served as the headquarters for Strohs Brewery Company and included a rooftop beer garden.
The structure represents the Chicago School architectural style, characterized by its steel and concrete system allowing for numerous large window openings.
The building contains office spaces throughout its upper levels, with retail areas on the first floor and connected parking facilities in the annex.
Three layers of brick masonry form the exterior walls, while an enclosed walkway connects the main tower to its nine-story annex between floors three and ten.
