Martin Luther Preparatory School was a college-preparatory institution located on a campus in Prairie du Chien with classrooms, dormitories, and athletic facilities. The school combined general academic studies with Lutheran religious education.
The school was created in 1979 through the merger of Northwestern Lutheran Academy from South Dakota and Martin Luther Academy from Minnesota. This consolidation brought together two established institutions.
