Morgan Keegan Tower, Postmodern office building in downtown Memphis, United States
The Raymond James Tower stands 403 feet tall with its 61-foot spire and encompasses 334,668 square feet of office space at North Front Street.
Constructed in 1985 by Lowery Companies with design by 3D International of Houston, the building replaced the 1927 Hotel King Cotton at this location.
The building preserves four stone griffins from the former Hotel King Cotton within its atrium, connecting present architecture with Memphis heritage.
The 21-story tower features carmen red flame cut granite exterior and contains multiple office spaces currently housing law firms and professional services.
The structure incorporates 31,421 square meters of total floor area and rises as the second tallest building in the Memphis skyline.
