The second floor houses seven rooms designed in colonial style, reflecting the nineteenth-century architectural traditions of Puerto Rico.
The facility includes an indoor parking facility on the first floor, a fitness center on the fourth floor, and the Lola Eclectic Cuisine restaurant.
A $15 million investment transformed this historical residence into a modern hotel while maintaining its original colonial facade and structural elements.
