Trump Plaza is a 40-story skyscraper in downtown New Rochelle that rises prominently above the surrounding cityscape with mixed-use spaces throughout. The building connects to New Roc City via a pedestrian bridge, linking residential units with retail and shopping areas in a single complex.

Construction began in 2005 and was completed in 2007, representing a major period of urban renewal in Westchester County. The project was part of efforts to revitalize downtown New Rochelle and establish it as a contemporary commercial and residential center.

The Trump Organization's management of the property ended in 2021 when the condominium board transferred operations to AKAM Associates, marking an administrative shift. Despite this change, the residence maintains its standing as a luxury residential property with premium amenities and services.
