300 West Adams Building, Gothic Revival office building in Chicago Loop, US

The twelve-story office building features terra cotta cladding with intricate Gothic Revival details across its entire vertical facade at Adams Street.

Built in 1927 on the former site of Carson Pirie Scott warehouse, this structure marked the transition from storage facilities to commercial offices.

The architectural design by Jens J. Jensen represents the 1920s commercial development that transformed Chicago's business district beyond its original boundaries.

Located at the intersection of Adams Street and Franklin Street, the building provides office spaces within walking distance of Union Station.

The terra cotta exterior demonstrates exceptional craftsmanship with detailed Gothic ornaments extending from street level to the building's crown.
