225 Park Avenue South

225 Park Avenue South is an office building with a limestone exterior rising 19 floors above Park Avenue South, featuring a steel frame and decorative ram heads at its main entrance. The structure contains eleven elevators and provides over 500,000 square feet (46,000 square meters) of office space for multiple tenants.

Built in 1909 as the American Woolen Building, it originally served as a commercial center for the wool industry. Following the September 11 attacks, the Port Authority made it their headquarters from 2001 until relocating in 2015.
