The construction of this temple began with a groundbreaking ceremony on October 31, 2020, led by Elder Gerrit W. Gong of the Church leadership.
The temple serves members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in northern Utah through religious ceremonies and ordinances in four instruction rooms.
Located at 2603 West 4700 South, the temple includes surface and underground parking facilities, with easy access from Interstate 215 for visitors.
The temple incorporates art glass windows depicting local wildflowers and maintains water-efficient landscaping with drought-resistant plants throughout the 7.5-acre grounds.
