The Bryant

The Bryant is a 32-story mixed-use building located beside Bryant Park on 40th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues in Midtown Manhattan. The structure features a limestone and terrazzo facade, contains approximately 57 residential units with floor-to-ceiling windows, and includes a ground-floor restaurant open to the public.

Construction of the building began in 2015 and was completed in 2018, transforming a former parking lot into a modern residential and commercial structure. The project marked a significant shift in how the site was used, bringing new development to this Midtown block.

The Bryant represents how modern residential buildings integrate into the fabric of central Manhattan's commercial districts. Visitors see a contemporary approach to mixing living spaces with public retail in one of the city's most visited neighborhoods.
