Westwood

Westwood is a student residence complex at the University of Warwick comprising multiple accommodation blocks, classrooms, and support facilities. The buildings are arranged across a triangular area bordered by Charter Avenue and Gibbet Hill Road.

The complex began as Coventry College of Education and merged with the University of Warwick in the mid-1970s. This integration significantly expanded housing capacity for the growing student population.

The residence hall features common rooms with cinema screens and lounges where students naturally gather for social events and group study sessions. These spaces shape daily life and bring residents together throughout the year.
