Chiesa di Sant'Antonio

Local residents gather at the church for the Palm Sunday procession, which begins at the Cathedral and proceeds through the streets of central Amalfi.

The monastery's cloister opens to visitors only during the afternoon of Saint Anthony's feast day, displaying pointed arches from the medieval period.

A small frescoed crypt beneath the church, decorated with scenes from Saint Francis's life, is considered the original monastery founded by the saint.
