One Park Drive, Residential tower in Canary Wharf, London, England
One Park Drive is a cylindrical residential tower in Canary Wharf with a smooth glass facade that rises over 57 floors. The building contains about 484 apartments spread across its height of around 205 meters.
The building was completed in 2021 and was the first residential project by Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron in the United Kingdom. The firm had previously gained recognition for their work on Tate Modern.
The building offers four different apartment styles – Loft, Cluster, Bay, and Panoramic – that reflect different ways of living. This variety in layouts lets different people find a space that matches how they want to live.
Visitors and residents can use a fitness center, swimming pool, cinema room, and library located in the lower floors. A 24-hour concierge service is available around the clock.
The building ranks among London's tallest residential structures and received the Best Large Housing Scheme award at the New London Awards in 2022. Its cylindrical shape sets it apart from typical London tower design.
