The Irkutsk Regional Executive Committee declared Rodniki gory Vesyoloy a protected natural monument in May 1981, placing it under Angarsk forestry supervision.
The springs supply drinking water to residents of Pivovarikha village, neighboring settlements, and Irkutsk city who collect water directly from these natural sources.
The springs contain bicarbonate magnesium-calcium water with meta-silicic acid that supports kidney, liver, and immune system functions through its mineral composition.
The water undergoes bottling under the brand name 'Baikal Pearl' by BAIKALSEA Company for distribution throughout the Russian market.
