Per’ya Rock, Natural rock formation in Zykovsky Selsovet, Russia
The Per'ya Rock rises 42 meters high with four vertical syenite stone formations standing on foundation layers in Krasnoyarsk Stolby National Park.
Local residents first climbed Per'ya Rock in 1899 using wooden supports after an unsuccessful attempt in 1894 to reach its summit.
The rock contains 16 different climbing routes, with climbers establishing speed records including an 18-second ascent through the Aviator path.
Per'ya Rock features two large caves on its western side and spans 135 meters at its base, located at 700 meters above sea level.
The rock formation includes a narrow descent called Shkuroder, where experienced climbers complete the descent in just 4 to 5 seconds.
