Milli Reasürans Kompleksi

Milli Reasürans Complex is a corporate building in Tesvikiye that combines exhibition spaces, social facilities, and office areas. These sections are linked by pedestrian passages that create open areas within the densely built neighborhood.

The project originated from an architectural competition in 1987 and was completed in 1992 under the direction of architects Sandor and Sevinc Hadi. Its completion marked an important development in the neighborhood's modern business architecture.

The complex houses art galleries and event spaces where exhibitions are regularly held and contribute to the neighborhood's cultural activities. Visitors find a blend of business function and artistic space within the busy commercial area.

The building connects Macka Street with Abdi Ipekci Street and offers public access through its ground floor. Its passages serve as a practical pedestrian route through this densely built area.

The design merges traditional architectural elements with modern functionality, creating open pedestrian spaces within the densely built environment. This blend of old and new makes the building stand out in the business district.
