Palais Oriental

Palais Oriental was a luxury establishment in Reims featuring an elaborate interior with distinctive oriental-inspired design elements throughout its rooms. The building included a grand reception area, multiple salon spaces with individual decorative schemes, and original architectural features that remain visible today.

The establishment opened in 1926 during a period of economic prosperity in Champagne's trading hub, reflecting the city's wealth and international connections. It closed in 1946 following a nationwide French law that prohibited such establishments from operating.

The establishment attracted wealthy clientele and international visitors who sought the refined atmosphere and exotic decor that set it apart from other venues in the city.
