Parc Charruyer, Public park in La Rochelle, France.

The park stretches over 40 hectares near the city center, featuring tree-lined pathways, streams, and canals formed from ancient fortification ditches.

Established between 1887 and 1890 through a donation of 100,000 francs from Mademoiselle Adèle Charruyer, daughter of local shipowner Etienne Charruyer.

The park includes a zoological section established in 1945, showcasing regional farm animals including Poitou donkeys and Poitevine goats.

The park opens daily from 7:50 AM, with closing times varying between 19:30 in winter months and 20:45 during summer season.

The waterways running through the park originate from the Lafond and Fétilly rivers, which once supplied water to the medieval fortification moats.
