Villa maritime, 19th-century villa in Le Havre, France.

The Villa Maritime features two pointed roof turrets, 42 storm-resistant double-hung windows, and spans three levels across 1,200 square meters.

Built in 1890 by architect Henri Toutain, the villa changed ownership multiple times, including Georges Dufayel in 1896 and writer Armand Salacrou in 1939.

The villa combines Italian Renaissance, Art Nouveau, and medieval architectural elements, displaying the architectural preferences of late 19th century France.

The building underwent a 1.5 million euro restoration by Partouche Group and opens to the public during Heritage Days events.

Two artificial caves with fish ponds decorate the garden grounds, surrounded by flowers, ivy, and Virginia creeper vines.
