Malmö Saluhall is a modern covered marketplace with food vendors and restaurants in Malmö, offering fresh produce, artisanal cheeses, baked goods, and specialty coffee. The design brings shopping and dining together in a single connected space.

The building opened in 2016 and marked a transformation of the city's food scene. Its creation established a central gathering place for food commerce and community meetings.

The marketplace brings Swedish and international food traditions together, with vendors presenting cooking methods and ingredients from different regions. Visitors can watch how various culinary practices exist side by side in a single space.

The marketplace is open Monday through Sunday, with extended evening hours on Fridays until 21:00 for shopping and dining. Visitors should come during daytime hours to find the best selection at the stalls.

Local fishmongers supply plaice fish caught exclusively during high tides near the island of Ven, maintaining specific harvesting traditions. This sourcing method is closely tied to local tidal conditions.
