HARS Aviation Museum, Aviation museum in Albion Park Rail, Australia
The HARS Aviation Museum contains over 40 aircraft, including military and civilian models, displayed across multiple hangars at Shellharbour Airport.
The Historical Aircraft Restoration Society started in 1979 with a group of aviation professionals dedicated to preserving Australian aeronautical heritage.
Engineers, pilots, and cabin crew members volunteer at the museum to restore and maintain aircraft, sharing their technical knowledge with visitors.
The museum opens daily from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with guided tours available throughout the day and the last tour starting at 2:00 PM.
The collection includes a Lockheed Super Constellation, Boeing 747-400, and will soon receive a Boeing 707 donated by John Travolta.
