Address Beach Resort
Address Beach Resort is a 77-story glass tower on a popular stretch of coast in Dubai. The resort offers six room types with balconies and modern decor in whites, light wood, and blue carpets, along with multiple restaurants across different levels, including Zeta Seventy Seven at the top featuring Asian seafood and Mott 32 on the 73rd floor serving Chinese cuisine.
The resort opened in December 2020 as the first beach property for the Address brand, marking a shift after the hotel group had focused mainly on city locations near shopping centers. This opening expanded the brand into the beach tourism sector and introduced a new concept for the company.
The resort's name reflects its purpose as a destination and gathering place for guests. The lobby design with tall olive trees and the scent of vetiver and cedarwood creates a welcoming atmosphere that blends urban sophistication with natural elements visitors can experience upon arrival.
The resort sits in a quiet corner between two popular tourist areas and provides easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Check-in is after 3 PM and checkout is by noon, with complimentary parking and Wi-Fi available throughout the building.
The resort features the world's tallest infinity pool, located on the rooftop and offering panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Ain Dubai, the world's tallest observation wheel. From this pool, guests can watch jet skiers and yachts moving in the water while swimming at great height.
