The residential structure represents the social separation between British mining executives and local workers through its location in the exclusive Bella Vista neighborhood.

The Fundación Río Tinto manages guided tours of Casa 21, allowing visitors to explore five fully furnished rooms that showcase daily life from the Victorian period.

The property maintains its original Victorian-era garden design, complete with a tennis court that introduced this sport to the Spanish mining region.
