Sepia, Restaurant and bar in Le Triangle d'Or, Paris, France
Sepia is a restaurant and bar in Le Triangle d'Or housed within a restored building spread across two levels. The interior features charcoal-toned walls, vintage mirrors, brass accents, and contemporary wooden furniture throughout.
The building dates to the Industrial Revolution era when it served as a textile factory in the 19th century. It was restored and transformed into the current restaurant when it opened in 2012.
The menu draws from local Parisian markets and regional suppliers, combining French cooking traditions with global influences. Dishes change with the seasons and reflect what is available fresh from nearby producers.
Reservations are accepted Tuesday through Saturday starting at 7:00 PM, with dining service until midnight. The bar section stays open later, remaining accessible until 2:00 AM for those wanting to continue the evening.
Each dining table includes its own sound system that guests can control to set their personal music backdrop. This feature lets individual tables create their preferred acoustic environment throughout the meal.
