TOO Hotel, Restaurant and hotel in 13th district, Paris, France
TOO Hotel and its restaurant occupy the 25th floor of a glass tower overlooking Notre-Dame, the Seine, and the Eiffel Tower. The space flows openly with floor-to-ceiling windows that connect the interior directly to the Paris skyline.
The venue opened in October 2022 as a new addition to Paris's contemporary dining scene by Laurent Taïeb's hospitality group. This establishment represented the group's expansion into elevated dining with panoramic views of the city.
Philippe Starck designed the interior as a fusion of futuristic forms and warm golden elements, creating a space that feels suspended between past and future. Visitors experience the room as a floating retreat above the city, with soaring glass walls that frame the outside world.
The venue is accessed through the modern glass tower, with advance reservations recommended for outside visitors. An elevator takes you directly to the 25th floor where the restaurant entrance is located.
Chef Benjamin Six creates dishes that blend Japanese techniques with European ingredients, such as scallops with yuzu or artichokes with miso glaze. This culinary mix of two different cooking traditions regularly surprises guests with unexpected flavor combinations.
