Imi Ntarga Beach

Imi Ntarga Beach is a wide stretch of pale sand along the Atlantic coast, broken up by rocky outcrops and stone formations. The water remains clear in sheltered areas while other sections feature stronger waves and rougher conditions.

A Spanish military fort was built near the beach in 1935, reflecting colonial influence in the region during that era. The structure marks Spain's presence along Morocco's coast in the early 20th century.

Fishermen work along the shore each day, bringing their catch directly to nearby restaurants that prepare traditional seafood dishes. This working tradition shapes daily life at the beach and connects visitors to the local community.
