Visitors can reach Cira Green through an elevator to the 11th floor at 129 South 30th Street, following a green path up the ramp to the rooftop.
The park incorporates 31,221 square feet of green roof technology and a 16,200 square foot blue-covered water system to minimize environmental impact.
