The space features varied terrain with ramps and open areas designed for movement and rest at this height above street level.

Brandywine Realty Trust created this urban space in University City as part of efforts to add green areas to Philadelphia's downtown environment. The development reflected a shift toward repurposing existing structures to serve community needs alongside parking functions.

The rooftop serves as a gathering space where locals enjoy outdoor movie nights, morning exercise classes, and seasonal celebrations that draw the university community together.

Enter at 129 South 30th Street and take the elevator to the 11th floor, where a green pathway leads you up to the outdoor space. The terrain is easy to walk with multiple spots to rest along the way.

The park employs advanced green roof technology with a water collection system designed to reduce environmental strain on the city below. This hidden infrastructure allows the space to operate sustainably while managing stormwater naturally.
