Anthony J. Drexel, Bronze sculpture at Drexel University, Philadelphia, United States.

The bronze memorial of Anthony J. Drexel stands 8 feet 4 inches tall on a marble base at the intersection of 32nd and Market Streets.

Moses Jacob Ezekiel completed this sculpture in 1904, which was commissioned by John Henry Harjes and installed at its original location in 1905.

The statue represents the founder of Drexel University and holds a central position on campus, serving as a symbol of educational advancement.

Visitors can find the monument near the main entrance of Drexel University, where it underwent relocation in 2003 during campus renovations.

The sculptor, Moses Jacob Ezekiel, received recognition from three different monarchs and won the Michel Beer Prix de Rome competition before creating this work.
